Welcome to our beautiful rehabbed traditional Michiana style cottage. The property features a main house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a gut rehabbed guest house with 2 bedrooms plus a loft with a king sized bed and 2 bathrooms. The home is easy walking distance to the Stop 40 beach only 1.5 blocks. The screened, stand alone porch, offers a view of the fully fenced in pool, so you can keep an eye on the kids while they play and is close enough to the main house and guest house that the baby monitors are in range! The home comes completely equipped for outdoor fun, including a full complement of pool furniture, an outdoor shower, pool toys, and bikes and wagons for the kids!
