The fenced yard features a large private swimming pool with a keyed cover, slide, and diving board as well as a jungle gym, putting green, basketball court, and outdoor shower.   The home offers plenty of space for a large group to spread out including a living room with cable TV and a Wii, a theater room with a flat screen TV, a fireplace, surround sound, multiple couches and leather chairs to watch a movie or hang out AND a large den offers another living room space with a dart board, cable TV and DVD player.  For family dining you can gather in the formal dining room area in the front of the house or in the extra spacious eat in kitchen.   The entire house including the outdoor pool area is wired for sound.  The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a wood burning stove, an breakfast bar and a large kitchen table that overlooks the pool area.  The bedrooms include a  Bunk Room with 5 pairs of bunk beds for all the kids to hangout together.  The second bedroom, located on the main floor, has 1 Queen bed and a bunk bed.  The Master bedroom suite, located upstairs, has a King size bed, a balcony overlooking the backyard and a beautiful bathroom with a steam shower.  The fourth bedroom, also located on the second floor, has a Queen bed, a bunkbed, and a balcony overlooking the front yard. This home has endless things to do and the kids will never say they are bored on your summer vacation!
